    We are always looking for new industry leaders to join our speaker faculty to deliver presentations, lead panel discussions and moderate sessions or roundtables.

    We let speakers propose the topic they want to talk about. This process allows speakers to propose sessions that speak from their expertise and passion.
    Speaker can choose the topic of your choice in related to the conference subject or any of their recent research work to present at our conference.

    We use mutually-anonymous peer review, a process that is widely employed across scientific fields. In mutually-anonymous review, authors are not told the identity of their reviewers and vice versa. This allows the reviewers to focus on the content of a scientific paper, rather than for instance the prestige of the authors or institutions involved.

    Once your abstract got accepted, the Presenting Author of an accepted oral or poster abstract must register for the Annual Meeting (fees apply)

    There is a large cost associated with running conferences. As ours is a conference with limited funds we do not cover Travel costs or accommodation

    No, as a self-funding organization, we do not provide honoraria or travel expenses for session speakers/attendees

    You can raise a request to conference secretary for discount on conference registration fee. Conference Secretary will reach you with the availability. Discounts apply only to researchers experiencing financial difficulties and/or coming from developing countries.

    There are four different session formats. They are:
     
    Oral Presentations: 25 – 30 minutes: Presentations are speeches (usually accompanied by PowerPoint slides) that include examples, are issue-oriented, and contain both practical and theoretical information.
    Poster Presentations: A poster session is 60 minutes and is scheduled concurrently with other sessions in the conference program.
    Workshops: 2 hours – 5 days: Workshops are meetings for intensive discussion with an emphasis on problem-solving. Interactive discussion, exchange of ideas, demonstration of methods of practical application of skills and principles is actively encouraged.
    Panel Discussions: 45 minutes: Panels take many different viewpoints on a topic or issue and combine them in one venue. Debate among panellists is welcome in this format and audience participation should be accounted for. Issues should be presented and placed in their proper historical context with an eye towards its future resolution.
